We hope you love your items, but if for any reason you want to return them, you may do so and receive a full refund. To receive a refund, you must return the item(s) within 14 days. The item must be returned at your own expense, securely packaged with your name and order number visible. If accepted, your refund will be processed within 14 days.
If an item that you have ordered arrives faulty or damaged, please contact us as soon as possible and within 3 days of receiving your order. We will replace or refund your purchase.
All items are subject to a delivery charge of £4.95. If your order total exceeds £60, your order will qualify for FREE delivery.
Once we have recieved your order, we aim to dispatch within 24 hours. Orders are dispatched using a standard 3-5 delivery service. Due to COVID-19, delays in postage are possible and totally out of our control. Please allow extra time for your items to arrive.
