We hope you love your items, but if for any reason you want to return them, you may do so and recieve a full refund. To recieve a refund, you must return the item(s) within 14 days. The item must be returned at your own expense, securely packaged with your name and order number visible. If accepted, your refund will be processed within 14 days.

Damaged/Faulty Goods

If an item that you have ordered arrives faulty or damaged, please contact us as soon as possible and within 3 days of receiving your order. We will replace or refund your purchase.

If for any reason you are unhappy with your order, please get in touch by emailing sales@giftedgifts.co.uk and we will get back to you within 24 hours.

Processed Refunds

Refunds will be made to your original payment method and all refunds will be made in GBP Sterling. We are not responsible for any interest or additional charges you incurre whilst you are waiting for your refund to be processed.
